ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Sunday hinted at the possibility of issuing shoot-at-site order in a bid to impede the rising incidents of target killing in Karachi.
Speaking to state TV in Islamabad, Federal Minister Malik said he has summoned a high-level meeting on Monday to discuss the reported incidents of target killing in Karachi. The DG Rangers will also take part in the meeting, he said.
The federal minister said that Taliban had baffled due to military operation. They will have no place in Pakistan, he said.
He again urged Taliban to lay down their arms.
